We strive to make your experience shopping with Seine
Systems the best it can be. However as with any retail
business there are certain policies which have been put in
place to protect both Seine Systems and the consumer. Please
familiarize yourself with our policies before you

Pricing subject to change - customers will be contacted
prior to shipping for approval if a price change
occurs.
Seine Systems disclaims all implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seine
Systems shall not be responsible for any commercial,
consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of
it's products. In the event of a defective product, we will
either repair or replace the item at our discretion as long
as a claim is made within the warranty period.
If not completely satisfied simply return the product to us
within 30 days and receive a 100% refund of the full
purchase price less shipping and handling. No Returns after
30 Days. Original invoice and original packing material MUST
be included with all returns. Please include a letter in the
package and state whether a refund or credit is desired.
Also include a return address, daytime and evening phone
numbers and email address if available. No Returns on used
or special order Items. Returns should be sent postage paid
and insured to the address on the shipping
container/label.
Freight costs and delivery times are calculated from our
California location. We reserve the right to use alternate
shipping methods and carriers to deliver the products in the
stated time frame.
Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be made
directly to the delivering carrier. Any claims for shortage
or error in shipping must be made within 5 days of
receipt.
Any item not in stock at the time of shipping will be sent
to you as we receive it in our warehouse. If you do not want
us to hold your backorders, please indicate this information
at the time you place your order. If we find that the part
you ordered will not be available for an undue length of
time, we will cancel the backorder and notify you to
re-order at a later date.
