Brake Duct
Cooling Porsche 930 track
car click
for closer view A
second nozzle circuit helps cool the front brakes
at tracks that place high demands on braking. The
water spray reduces air temperature in the brake
ducts and assists in brake cooling. To accomplish
this, an additional MPC solenoid valve and nozzle
kit was added to the base system. A single nozzle
introduces a fine water mist in each brake cooling
duct. The nozzle circuit is energized by the brake
light warning switch on the master cylinder, thus
only operational when braking. Read
